When mentoring calls aren’t enough. I get involved in the decisions themselves: the price, the proposal, the hire. It runs on my advisory site.
Prices are in US dollars. Plans are paid monthly and you can stop at any time.
How it starts
Request an intro call
Answer a few questions about you and the business. It takes about three minutes.
I reply within one working day
Either with a link to book the call, or an honest no and somewhere better to look.
We talk, then you decide
Fifteen minutes on where the business is, where you want it to be and which plan fits.
Which one fits
Power Hour
One 60-minute call for one problem: a proposal you’re about to send, a price you’re unsure of, a client who has gone quiet. You book and pay online and there’s nothing ongoing.
Mentoring
Two 45-minute calls a month, with messages in between. This is where most people start. We pick the one or two things that will move the business most and work on them until they are done.
Standard
A call every week and quicker replies, for when you’re in the middle of something: a first hire, a change of positioning, a run of bigger proposals.

Which plan should I pick?
If you’re not sure, say so on the form. We’ll work it out on the intro call.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time and without notice. Plans are paid monthly in advance, and a month that has started isn’t refunded.
Why are the prices in dollars?
My mentees are spread across the US, the UK, Europe and beyond, so everyone pays the same price in one currency. Your bank or card converts it.
My agency is already established. Is this still for me?
